Mushroom Pate

This mushroom pâté is made with porcini and oyster mushrooms. Brandy and extra virgin olive oil add depth of flavour to the creamy spread.

Serve mushroom pâté with thin slices of baguette or toasted sourdough. It’s a delicious filling for sandwiches and baked mushrooms.

A drizzle of olive oil or balsamic vinegar will enhance its earthy mushroom flavour. Celery or cornichons are a great accompaniment.

iberian pork liver (25%), bacon and pork, water, cherry jam (10,5%) (cherry, sugar, cane sugar, lemon concentrate, gelling agent (citrus pectin)), fried onion (onion, olive oil, salt), cultivated mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus),skimmed milk powder, extra virgin olive oil (1%), wine, salt, vegetable pea fiber, egg powder, aromas, garlic, sugars, cornstarch, spices, aromatic plants.
