Onions, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Barley Malt Extract, Black Peppercorns, White Peppersons, Mustard Seeds, Birds Eye Chillies, Salt, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite.

The Driver family has been pickling since 1902. Originally just for their own business, the demand grew so much that four years later Driver’s Pickle and Vinegar Company was established by Frederick Charles Driver.

More than 100 years on, the company today is owned by the fourth generation of Driver’s who still make their products in the same tradition as in Fredericks era.
