Fresh Flour’s incredibly tasty pasta is made with only ancient, heritage and modern wheat, that we mill into flour just a few feet from where we make the pasta. The flour couldn’t be fresher!

This spaghetti is made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a subtle addition of either Maris Widgeon, or Millers Choice.

The result is a light coloured spaghetti with a wonderfully present, natural, fresh and creamy / buttery taste

Who makes this?

Andrew Gilhespy was inspired to create the Fresh Flour Company after being mentored by some of the UK’s most visionary artisan millers and bakers.

The philosophy very simple. They only use English heritage and ancient wheats. They work in partnership with organic farmers, or farmers who don’t spray and pay them fairly and realistically. They mill the grains they grow into flour on our premises. They make all of our own products. They only use other ethically sourced, natural ingredients and Devon water.
