Originally created as a Limited Edition, The Extra One quickly became Miam's most popular sauce.

This one is a plant based homage to the mighty XO sauce. Packed with 5 types of mushrooms, aromatics and chilli, it’s extra in all the best ways.

Use as a marinade, stir fry sauce or stir in for flavour. We also love it on a cheeseboard with a bit of cheddar!

mushrooms (shiitake, enoki, oyster, chestnut, button), onions, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar), red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, dark brown sugar, garlic, nori, dried red chillies, chinese five spice, cumin, salt.

Who makes this?

Founded by chef and food obsessive Rachael, Miam is named after her favourite sandwich and crepe shop in Paris, Chez Alain Miam Miam.

The colloquial French word for yummy. Miam uses fruit and vegetable, a whole lot of spices and aromatics, and their magic touch to create yummy things in jars.

While their pickles, sauces and condiments are all vegan friendly, they’re for everyone who wants an easy way to add a whole extra layer of flavour.
